H&R Spring on Stock Shocks

Hey guys,
So I'm going to buy H&R springs on stock shocks from a friend, what I was wondering is this okay to drive on them? Can anything go wrong to the wheel alignment or anything like that? I want to get a good set up but the money's just not there right now. Let me know what you guys think, I don't want to put something in my car that may do some kind if harm to it. Here is a picture of what it looks like.

Thank you in advance.

Re: H&R Spring on Stock Shocks

You'll wear the shocks out faster than normal -- they're not valved to cope with stiffer springs. You'll know when the ride gets bouncy and you start finding the bump stops. Easiest and cheaper to do the job right and install stiffer shocks, even if you have to save up...search, there are plenty of discussion threads on this one.

Re: H&R Spring on Stock Shocks

I had that setup on my SH, when I first got it (2000). You always wondered when you were going to bottom out. Stock shocks are not up to the job.
