What kind of screw is this?

Just got my 99-01 grill in the mail and was wondering how to remove these screws/clips? I tried using a flat head but i didnt want to break the part that connects to the car. I also tried to unscrew it counter clockwise but that did not work either. What kind of screw is this and how do I remove it?

Here is a video of the Clip/Screw

Thanks to anyone that can help!

Re: What kind of screw is this?

NAPA sells them if you break yours.

The screw part goes in and causes the collar part to spread.
Door panel remover tool or dental pic will help remove it.
