Are the Crankshafts the same???

are the h22a4 1998 preludes ALL the same??? i ask because can i use a type SH 2000 Prelude crankshaft in a 1998 Base Prelude engine?

Re: Are the Crankshafts the same???

Be careful and measure the main bearings. The 97 and some 98 and all before that should be 50mm mains and then they moved to 55mm mains for the rest of 98+. If you really had to use the 2000 55mm main crank and your block had 50mm mains you could have it line bored at a machine shop
