H22a4 to H23 vtec dizzy wiring?

So Im swapping a H23 bluetop into my prelude, and I decided to take the route of rewiring the dizzy instead of replacing the oil pump, although I am still trying to stay obd2. I have been following this (Honda Prelude H22 USDM to JDM Distributor wiring.) guide to do the rewiring, but it seems that the jdm h22 has a 10 pin connection to the dizzy, where as the h23 has 8. Ive wired everything up except the 2 pin connector that came off the usdm dizzy (thick yellow wire and small blue wire). On the h23 pigtail I have a black/yellow wire. Any input would be appreciated! I havent driven my lude since August

You could just purchase a rywire conversion harness for $50 and be done with it.

If the harness for the project car were here still, i'd look for you. I'll surely forget when i see it next...

Rywire : OBD2 USDM Prelude to OBD2 Distributor Adapter - $50.00

Are you talking about this? Because it still brings me to the same issue. The H23 is still an 8 pin

I'm going through the same thing with h22a4's to h23a vtec swap, using rywires prelude ob2 to ob2 8-pin distributor adapter, getting cel P01399 and misfiring under load..any solutions?? Maybe use ob1 p28 or p72 ecu with jumper??
