Type S Swap, '98 OBDII, LEAN, SH ECU.

Back in December I did a Type S swap on my Newly Purchased 1998 Pearl White Prelude SH. I did an OBDII, conversion as my state requires OBDII for Emissions testing. With the OBDII Conversion I swapped out my distributor with external coil to the A4 one my oil pump with the required crank sensor. After the swap I drove for around 50 miles in two days waiting for the expected CEL codes to occur. I then plugged my Scanner in to read the codes. I ONLY GOT ONE Code that which was P0171 which is the Bank 1 Engine lean Code. Once that popped up a set of issues started to occur. Firstly, under 2400 rpms my engine lugs and shakes to the point that it will not accelerate but rather decelerate as it continues to shake violently. As if it is misfiring every cylinder at once. The things I've checked so far are the injector pulses with an Oscilloscope. I see that the patterns are constant and only get closer in frequency when I Rev higher. Then I proceeded to check the distributor coil wire and wires going to each spark plug. I see that my distributor is functioning just as it is supposed to. So if anyone has any input on what should be done please reply to this topic.
Further information included:
Spar plugs : denso VKS20
Fuel: 93 octane premium (highest in Chicago pumps)
ECU: 1998 SH ECU, either P5p or P5m I believe, not certain
MODS: Warm air intake(I only have the first tube from the dynamic type S air intake with a filter at the end.) Megan Headers and Downpipe, silencer in place of CAT directly to a coffee can unnamed muffler. Terrible rasp.
I have checked my fuel pressure 43 at idle 50 at WOT and I have checked my vacuum lines. No leaks whatsoever.
Added info, my idle is fine. Not too high not too low so it's not that.

#*REWARD*#To whoever can come up with the solution I will provide a service in Photoshop or Illustrator of your choice up to five hours of work. 3years of experience.
I will try to check back at least three times a day on the forums. AND FOR THOSE WHOME WILL TELL ME TO USE SEARCH. I'VE BEEN LURKING THE FORUMS EVERYWHEREE SINCE EARLY JANUARY FOR A SOLUTION PRACTICALLY WITHOUT END.

Re: Type S Swap, '98 OBDII, LEAN, SH ECU.

Use NGK iridium plugs

And the Type S motor is a higher compression motor, its a different tune

Are you using an o2 sensor or simulator?

I recommend getting something to tune the car. Greddy Emanage Ultimate being the more expensive route but worth it in the end. There are other options, but none i'd recommend.

There is a 'luder on PP with a type s swap that hasn't had any issues, cruiserlude or something.... idr

edit*

Did you swap injectors to the saturated from the SH motor? Can't remember if the type s require a resistor box or not....

PMed you back. Some ideas there. I vote for Irridium plugs, too. Use the Densos, myself.
Have you got US injectors in your car? JDM ones are low impedance. The do not like US ignition systems.

Hey so to let everyone know I am using my JDM injectors. Will switchout to my USDM ones as soon as I get the time. And to bring up the jerking I get under 2400 rpm at load... When the car is cold I can floor the gas from 1100 rpm without jerking the car. But once it heat ups it begins to have issues. And about the sparkplug. I have no clue which ones to get. I don't want my plug to be too long and hit the piston. Unless I shouldn't be worried about it. Let me know which plugs yall are running. Thanks.

Re: Type S Swap, '98 OBDII, LEAN, SH ECU.

re-read my post.

NGK iridiums.

for a 5th gen prelude of course... h22a4 - ignore the fact yours is a different H series, it will confuse any parts store.
