Help installing torque damper

I was going to install my ingalls torque damper today but i realized that the bolt where I'm suppose to mount the chasis mount is missing? The manual says to put the mount there and then tighten it with the supplier nut. But it looks like the piece with the tread is completely gone?

What the hell? Can anyone let me know what I can do and why that piece may be sawed off?

Sorry the first picture is upside down.
The second picture is the one on the other side

Re: Help installing torque damper

It's not sawed off. Look inside your wheel well and remove the front upper control arm bolt and install the longer one provided.

Just tossing in my .02

If you feel your car is "heavily modified" - why are you using tq dampers when really you should be installing upgraded motor mounts?

They will not help your motor if one of your mounts fails

Gotcha.

Filled mounts I assume? Or ES bushings? I ask because I spot a stock drivers side bracket in your photo.
