Turbo manifolds

Is it possible or a good idea to fab a turbo manifold from the factory header? If not, who makes those equal length Turbo manifolds I keep seeing? I'm building a turbo settup and gathering everything together on paper and I need a reliable turbo manifold. Money is no issue.

Re: Turbo manifolds

Ok, do I get that custom fabricated or buy it from a performance distributor? Honestly, Idrk what a top mount manifold is, obviously it places the turbo on the top but is it better or just looks better?

Re: Turbo manifolds

top mounts are not necessary for a standard street setup. Nearly anything that is tubular with a 4-1 merge collector and proper wastegate placement will do well. all depends on if you want to keep accessories and the general goals you have.
