can you help a fellow prelude owner?

Just wanted to ask around and see how many of you fellow prelude owner's live out here on the west coast close by san Diego and Phoenix area the situation here is well my lude got a little messed up from the firewall on the passenger side by the battery area, and well the body shop quoted me $3500 and im just wondering if I can get a better price for it in the west coast if any of you guys know any good body shops with better prices. Or a more accurate one at least. i provided some before and after pictures of the prelude.
