Problem with headers/exhaust? Buzz/ Rattle

I have a 2000 base prelude. I installed an obx cat back system with ebay test pipe and Weapon R headers and flex pipe. Ever since i installed the exhaust, it's had an extremely loud and sharp sounding rattle at 2.5-3k revs and at high speeds sometimes. it comes in a that rev range and then it's normal. Basically it's just really embarassing and want to know if it's just the exhaust making the noise or if it's a problem with the engine. If an exhaust tip is all I need then that's an easy fix. Also the exhaust smells a lot like gasoline and it's pretty strong. This is probably because of the testpipe but if i should be worried about that please let me know.
This is a video i recorded of the rattle/buzz.

I took off all the cat heat shield and header heat shield and still rattles. Do you mean the one where the exhaust does the 90 angle?

anywhere where it has become loose, or is touching the exhaust. im guessing you have the twin loop obx, my guess would be the heat shield over the muffler. thats where my rattle came from, and i have a megan racing muffler..... not as big as the obx twin loop

Is your tailpipe touching the car? I had one once that the 90 was a bit too short and it rattled against the car sometimes.
