Retrofit Question

Hello friends :)

I have decided to go along and retrofit my headlights myself, I will be following a guide that google led me to on Prelude Power, since I couldn't seem to find one on here? (If there is one on here, I will use that one instead) What projectors would be good for it? I heard Valeos are used, but what other ones would be good for it?

Previous owner ran HID's in the reflectors, >.< kinda edging to do this soon, so I'm not blinding the rest of the night community. I can order the projectors at anytime, so as soon as you guys help me out with the choices, I shall do so :D

Thanks for all the incoming help and everything, you guys are great!!!

Edit: I have everything I need to do this project except the Sealer and Projectors, will be picking sealer up when I go to get some stuff for cleaning

Alright awesome, in fact, I'm gonna go with the whole set-up, the setup I have right now was very sloppily done, headlights sometimes shutoff if I hit a big enough bump...

Bi-xenon Morimoto Mini Stage III Kit (H1) - Complete Retrofit Kits from The Retrofit Source Inc

Was looking at this one.. That'll fit right?

Re: Retrofit Question

I have hids in my regular headlights, no projectors.... And I don't blind anyone...

All you gotta do is aim them properly. Otherwise retrofits look great, but you still have to aim them properly lol

Hmm. I'll play around with it today, maybe its just people being assholes :p

But they really do :D I do know I have to aim them properly, but I thought the previous owner would have taken care of that when he put them in... But I'll mess around with it today I guess, thanks for the info man

Much bump
no lights

My life right now, I'm not even lowered and i go over bumps and stuff really slow because if i don't, my left light goes out, and have to jiggle the wire around to get it back on.

Re: Retrofit Question

I have morimotos in mine and they fare quite well. If you're on a budget and want the best bang for your buck, morimotos are great. From what I've read (not personal experience), the TSX, s2000, and FX-Rs are better projectors, but they require a lot more work and are more expensive.
