Seafoam anyone ?

Thinking about using this & wanted some feedback on it. From what I understand, add 1/3 container to gas, oil & in-take (added very slowly while car is running). Re-attach in-take & let car run for @ 10 minutes. Take a ride. Get oil changed soon after. Do every 50k. Sound about right or I missing something ?
