Icon2 pulley shaking?

quick question
what belt is this?
alternator belt? fan belt? power steering belt?
second question
i know it shouldnt be shaking at all but mine does quite a bit, is it in need of emergency fixing? if so what could happen if ignored.

Re: pulley shaking?

Power steering belt. If it snaps, you will no longer have PS. Boom.

Re: pulley shaking?

Check the crank pulley, too.
Fix the wobbling pulley(s)… will come off, soon. Never good.
