Exhaust hangers would need to be moved/modified. As for direct bolt up - no idea

Would never pay 500 for just a muffler that would require work...

lel it wont fit, probably doesnt even go over the rear axle properly. The only portion you could use without cutting your previous exhaust getting rid of the flange and using some type of exhaust adapter, is teh muffler.

Just get an ebay twin loop. I got one for my '01 SH to replace the N1 I had and loved it. I paid $70 for the muffler and $30 to have it welded. So very close the the mugen sound and oh so much cheaper.

If you take it to a good exhaust shop, they can make it fit. I bought one that was made for a Civic SiR and the shop that I brought it to made it work.
