Icon5 Getting new rims ! Help

Hello guys. I'm getting some Black Enkei RPF1s
Rim's are 17x7 and the offset, I believe is +45. Bolt pattern is 5x114.3. The tires are Dunlop Direzza DZ101's and are 215/45/17 in the front and 225/45/17 in the rear. Was wondering if i will have any problems with rubbing or anything? My prelude is a 5th gen with stock suspension. Thanks alot .
