Trouble starting after running (20 mins later)

Well this has been an ongoing issue I've been trying to pinpoint but cannot seem to find a solution.

2001 prelude will intermittently start, run, idle flawlessly. I say intermittently because some times it starts as normal with a strong typical Honda crank and turnover (revs up to 1500 drops to 750 when warm). Other times it will crank for about 5-15 secs and stumble to start hitting about 500 rpm with a rough idle until it's warm and idles properly.

Now, Once warm it'll start up normally. I can drive it hard for 20 mins and then turn it off and let it sit and come back 20 minutes later and it'll do the who rough start crap... Frustrating..

Parts Replaced/Maintenance done as follows..
- changed the spark plugs, wires, dizzy cap, rotor, coil, main relay, map, tps, throttle body, egr, both o2s, fitv, iacv, fuel pump, fuel filter, injectors

-service include; egr ports cleaned, egr cleaned, carb cleaned thru break booster, compression test good, leak test good, vacuum test good, fuel pressure good, spark good...

What am I missing.. could this be a sign of coolant temp sensor?

Sounds electrical. Maybe your ignition control module is going bad.

Just replaced the engine coolant temp sensor and so far so good. I don't trust it though... Maybe after a couple days I'll gain trust.

Temp sensor? Interesting. Hope it works.

Electronics still make my head spin. Will definitely study how that part can cause the car not to start. Maybe the same way honda generators won't start or stay running when oil gets low.
Hmmmm.
