Cleaned FITVů Now car won't start

I just took the FITV off (cold surging idle problem) and unscrewed it, cleaned up the components and screwed it all the way in (then backed it out halfway). Put it back on and plugged everything back in and now my Prelude will crank, but not turn over. Did I not turn the thing in the FITV out enough? Or did some of the leaking coolant from the hose **** **** up?

Please help!

What else did you remove (if anything) before getting to the FITV?

I removed the coolant hose to it, the coolant hose (thinking it was to it) that runs from the IAC right above the FITV and I unplugged the ECT sensor but I know I plugged it back in after. That's all

Nevermind, I got it. Had a tiny wire squeeze it's way out of a prong.

It should be turned closed then back open a quarter turn from closed.

By the way, glad to hear your car starts again.
