Need help identifying a problem.

I have a 2000 prelude SH MT
I apologize if I have posted in the wrong area I just need help figuring something out and any help would be appreciated.
My problem is that when I'm in a complete stop and I put it in 1st gear and accelerate past 2rpm it pushes it back but wont pop out it doesn't happen when I accelerate at low Rpms.
I've been told that one of my motor mounts is bad and I notice that the engine moves a lot when I accelerate and it's in neutral.

I apologize if it's not clear or anything I'm new to owning a prelude.
Thank you and any help would be really appreciated.
