97 sh no clutch pressure

I also have a 97 sh that I repleced both slave cylinder and master cylinder and nothing. I been working on it all day with no luck.
I mean the pedal stays all the way down. No matter how many time I keep trying to bleed it.
Is like no pressure what so ever. Please if any body got any ideas I just cant think of anything.
Thanks

Re: 97 sh no clutch pressure

Happened to me too, I replaced both and had no pressure what so ever. Turned out my brand new master was leaking out of this bolt on the side of the master cylinder and it wouldn't build pressure. I thought it was leaking from the clutch hose going into the master but it was that dam Allen screw on the side. Make sure ur bleeding it with 2 ppl lol, it is a pain in the azz to get pressure with one person, it's possible but don't go threw with it. I ended up going to another store an picked up another master cylinder and had my bro help me and finally got pressure in the lines, thank god. Good luck, mine is a 99 sh btw

Re: 97 sh no clutch pressure

do you have the pedal adjusted right when connecting the master cylinder? Are you bleeding this yourself or having someone help?

Re: 97 sh no clutch pressure

quitter, lol jk

but yea, there was some good info on here to look into, but problem will be solved now, after a few hundred bucks.... good luck that you didnt end up ****ing up the master. my advice to you would be find out whats wrong. get the parts yourself, and fix it yourself. shops boost the parts price up x3+
