Help !! unaligned passenger front

Hello guys. I just recently ran into a big dirt pile at a canyon . I was going downhill and underestimated a turn at a canyon road (turnbull canyon) and went straight into the side of the road which was probably 2 feet of dirt. My whole front right rim took the impact and it popped. I was hoping an easy fix , but it seems like my lower control arm could be bent or something. I took ti a mechanic and he said I should just replace the upper, lower, spindle, and strut for the passenger side and it would cost around 1050$ for used parts. I was wondering if you guys can help me out. I will be posting pictures so please help!! I will be raising the car with a jack right now to take pictures of the control arm etc.. Thanks! But here is some pictures of the rim , you can somewhat see that its unaligned. It looks like it has some positive camber. THIS IS A 2001 PRELUDE SH .

Maybe your desktop has auto rotate. Unfortunately so does my phone, so when I try to rotate your pix, they are still 90 off.

Your $h!t got bent. It happens. Hope you were smiling afterwards.
Check the site for how to replace the control arms etc.

Try your local junkyard or car-parts.com.

Thanks man. I've been reading other forums and stuff with similar accidents they replace almost everything. Do you think it would be worth it to get it professionally done or do it myself? because i would still have to look for parts and its going to be hard to find parts for a 2001 sh.

Re: Help !! unaligned passenger front

Well that depends...
How mechanically savy are you? If not very.. shop
How patient are you? If not very.. shop
Do you have a lot of extra $ laying around to donate to a mechanic? If no... diy, learn the old fashioned way.. cussing, throwing tools, busting knuckles.. and just getting the lug nuts off...lol
Do you need the car as a daily driver? If yes.. shop

Me personally, would diy for crashing it. Sorta self punishment thing, but if it were my dd, a shop would do it to get back on the road asap.

Try hondapartsnow.com to see what new parts they have left.
Then... dig this... find your part, type that part # in the search bar and viola! it'll show you all the models that part fits, which may in turn help you find them easier used.. some are sh specific, some are not.

The same thing happened with my dodge. The control arm bent and the ball joint came out. I took it to a friend of mine to fix it up and it was only $1000. It's a 2013 Dodge Ram tow truck.

Don't try to off road in a prelude, otherwise it turns out like this....

Any parts that are interchangeable from 4th gen to 5th gen, ill give you a real good deal on... I need this 92 out of my driveway by November, trying to get rid of parts asap... You have to do your own research though

If he had a base model he probably could have used your control arms, but the spindle would have a 4 lug wheel bearing/hub so no go there. In the SH the spindle, upper and lower control arms are completely different from the base.
