What does this vacuum line goto?

Hey guys so I have a 98 5th gen (Australian vtir h22a4). Did a full engine rebuild and can't seem to figure out what this vacuum line goes to.

It's on the passenger side of the intake manifold. I used the workshop manual and it does not seem to have a line on this part. After searching through tons of photos all I can find is that the line drops down under the manifold.

Any help would be great.

I have a copy of the workshop manual already and I cannot find this specific pipe in there. All the other piping is there however that one at the end of the manifold is just blank on the image not even shown as existing.

Re: What does this vacuum line goto?

I think h22 and h23 use that area for egr related stuff, but that 90 degree connector looks weird.
