Spring rates----Whats YOURS?!

hey guys, I'm about to order my set of koniyellows and GC springs!

I've been searching around looking for a good spring rate setup on here. I've found a few but they are all over the place so I'm having trouble deciding on one.

My 'lude is mostly a weekend car so I'm looking for an aggressive setup but nothing too intense as I would still like it to be an enjoyable ride.

So my real questions are:
--what are your spring rates?
--what would you recommend?
--Tire sizes?

Re: Spring rates----Whats YOURS?!

Mine are oem minus 3 years of use. So however much less stiff that means.

You may wanna check into replacing your shock tower bushings as well. A worn out bushing can make or break the ride of your weekend warrior. It's no fun riding in a basketball that rides like $h1t.

Also I'll be on 205/40/17 or 205/45/17 somewhere around a 1.5 to 2 inch drop. So some stiffness is good to not rub my wheels...
