Timing Belt Questons/Parts

Here it goes so I doing my timing belt SOON car has 126k 97 type sh. I bought it 1k miles ago. Replaced crank main bearings and thrust bearings when purchased. It now has developed a rattle noise at 3k rpm from the timing belt /watter pump area. The only service records found are a 60kservice from dealer 60k service does not list a timing belt so now on to my question. I have done one on a b16 but not on h22 does anyone know what the standard replacement parts list is IE timing belt, timing balancer belt, balancer belt adjuster pulley,auto-tensioner,water pump. I only want to do it once and I want to get a parts list together before i take it down. I would hate for it to be a pulley or adjuster that normally gets replaced and I miss it and thats the cause of the rattle. So chime in all..

^you pretty much listed all the general parts for a timing belt service. Only other part i would suggest is the valve cover gasket set.

Good luck!

might i suggest the H23 manual tensioner conversion? they're a lil more reliable than the H22 auto tensioners.

Thanks i looked at all of the write ups yesterday from many sites sounds like a easy switch but im going to risk it as i am a glutton for punishment and dont want to have to deal with belt wine witch sounds very common or checking the tension every so often.. On a side note pulled my valve cover to see how much time ive got and yea i probably have about a 1 to 1.5 inch deflection (slack) in the belt might explain bad gas mileage have to love those auto tensioner but the car does have over 120k so hey get a belt it will be all good... thanks for the help and yep i got a valve cover gasket set on the way..
