5th Gen CV axle issues

So, the person who owned the car before me decided to put skunk2 lowering springs on the car.. ....alright.
But decided to keep to the stock struts...... not alright.
Or even put a chamber kit on it... knucklehead
Now all my joints went bad ... ......again .. FML
So, put her on jack stands, replaced my shot CV, my shot two lower ball joints, and somehow managed to not afford a new tire rod even though this one is on its way out the door.
Anyways, buttoned her up and we took off. I went an got an alignment IMMEDIATELY.
Well, I noticed that the inner boot on the CV on the driver's side looked kinda stretched... I know I set that biatch in there right, but okay... let me ride a little more and let her settle in.
A few days later I notice a fingernail crack in the stretched boot and a little bit of grease coming out.. I mean hey I knew it was coming.. its not like i fixed the REAL problem
A few more days go by and I look under the car and the boot is sitting proper... hey its alright... welllll not really. At this point in time if I make a left hand turn anywhere beyond about 30 degrees the vibrations out of that axle feel like driving on a flat tire at slow speeds, just a flop flop flop flop flop and its consistent. Any ideas?

The only things I can think of are:
1. Defective axle
2. That boot being stretched created a vacuum and knocked one of those pivot squares off (that's when the boot began looking normal)
3. Possible my intermediate shaft is shot and the spindles are skipping over ever couple.

PLEASE HELP

I would also like to mention, I'm not an idiot. I did get an alignment IMMEDIATELY after buttoning her up.
