Way to expensive. Unless they are hand delivering them installing them while blowing you. Then you still have to wonder if its worth it.

Yeah I got a left headlight about 2 weeks ago for 30 bucks with free shipping. One of the small lights was out when I got it, but it was easy enough to take it out of the old light. 400 is way overpriced.

Don't hold back d... tell us how you really feel

If they are new and still in the honda bag, you'd pay more buying them from majectic.
If they are used refer to the quote above.

The housings are $230+ ea at majestic. Then there's lenses, gaskets, screws, bulbs.
Btw new lenses are cheap if that's all you need.

Re: $400 for oem taillights? overpriced or not.

its way overpriced, but thats how hes gonna make money off them...

its the way selling anything goes, including payrate at your job.

always list or say more than you would be happy with, so you have room to go down, i think he would be willing to do $200 and hes gonna get people that make offers lower than list price. its a smart strategy, but he did go up to high i think. he will be scaring people away.

true story: last weekend me and a coworker went to a hyundai dealership cause he needed a new car. he got a fully loaded hyundai elantra coupe, sticker price was $22,000 and he only paid $16,000. you need to understand, even at dealerships, conveinance stores, jobs, theres always a lower price to work down to, you dont need to take sticker price, and thats what this guy is trying to do, but still get what he wants out of them.

IMO

Re: $400 for oem taillights? overpriced or not.

wish I could sell lude crap locally at those prices, but demand here is nearly zero so need to give a reasonable price to start with in order to move things.

that is waaayyy too much though...you could just go to a junkyard and get a pair for $20. Even if they were new I wouldn't pay more than 200, and that's if I was restoring the car to 100% excellent condition.

Alot of People think that the Insulator is called a Bump stop, I think thats what he meant. But if he doesn't know that then i would trust everything else he is saying. Still $400 for installation? If its a complete set up it shouldn't take no more than 1-2 hours tops. Especially since he probably has air tools to take out the bolts like nothing considering he's doing it at a shop.

Lol, Hey I'm in the bay area too and I have been noticing that outrageous ad for a month or two now.

Surprise he haven't sold it yet with that low price.

I had an urge to email him and ask why he haven't sold it yet with such a good price a while back.. oh well.

92-96 suspension will fit on 97-01 base, but not 97-01 SH........ if they guy selling the parts has a 92, it's a safe bet that the suspension is not for an SH.
