Icon9 97-01 oil pan question please help

So my friend took my baby tracy for a test drive a few weeks after buying it and totally ruined it <\3

He is willing to repair it for me though
The oil pan is no more; a whole chunk fell off.

Ive searched on picknpull for preludes but there is no 5th gen preludes in their listing :(

But my brother also told me other car oil pans may fit my car.

So im asking is there other oil pans that will work and fit my '98 prelude?
Please help its been a week and I cant stand looking at my baby this way.. ;(

it's a factory part, with the proper sealant...... I wouldn't go any other way.

Make the A-hole that broke it, pay for it.

Your best bet is probably ebay or honda but it will be pricey. You could try craiglist and look for a parts car or something

Re: 97-01 oil pan question please help

I wouldn't use that ultra flange crap. It doesn't work good. I used that on my rear main seal plate and that **** leaks after 3,000 miles. Use hondabond on it. I used hondabond on my oil pan and it doesn't leak.
