Looking for Exhaust

Hey guys,
So I know that when getting a exhaust it's really up to you but... I dont know a lot or really anything at all about them. So I need help what I'm looking for is something thats beep but still makes you s*** you're pants when VTEC kicks in lol. What I'm not looking for is that real high pitch sound where you can't hear you're self think. I hear skunk2 exhaust is good. Does anyone have that on there car? Do you like it? What does it sound like? Thank you in advance for you're help!!

its ok, but if I had to choose new now Id go 70mm custom one (because builded engine could need a little bit bigger exhaust)

Greddy Ti-C is the best imho. Even better with a cherrybomb glass-pack.

Re: Looking for Exhaust

I second the N1 style exhausts being loud after 3k. I have a SRS catback and I love it, it's pretty loud but it's deep and doesn't sound ricey.

I wish it were a little louder. :P I love it. But it's a little raspy when you turn off the car.

Really lol? I think it's loud enough but not loud to where you can't hold a conversation. And yeah Im not a huge fan of the way it sounds when the car turns on/off but that's my only complaint.

Re: Looking for Exhaust

n1 style mufflers all sound like rice cannons.... inside it sounds fine but on the outside the pitch is horrendous IMO

glasspacks are a horrible idea, just use a normal resonator from Vibrant or some other manufacture

OP: Go custom. cheaper in the long run and you get a better sound.

Also, the larger the resonator - the deeper the tone. I don't suggest in going shorter than an 18" long resonator and make sure it's not just a small increase at the baffle, you want a large baffle to get rid of any rasp.
