Prelude vs. Ls-Vtec Integra?

Not racing or anything but I'm just wondering what you guys think is faster? My prelude sh with intake and Exhaust or a Headers and intake lsvtec integra. Its a 2001 integra with a b20 block and gsr head.

Bench racing is a no no here. Frankenstein teggys and civics are nice, but honestly the h22 is just the right platform to start off with.
