Engine Swap

Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone has done an engine swap with something other than an h engine. Like a g25 k20 j30 or c32. I was thinking it would be kool to have a different engine other than the h since that's what every prelude has except for the f series.

Re: Engine Swap

Yes, there have been a few K-swaps, I think only 3 or 4 J swaps (I may be wrong about the precise number) but the J is rare because of the general size of it and the mass amount of fabrication that has to be done for it to fit. Interwebz will have an answer.

People typically go with the H swap because you dont need new mounts, which typically add a couple hundred bucks on, custom wiring harness($600+), etc. In a prelude its really the most bang for your buck.

and ebp, I shudder to think of the amount of fabrication that it would take to make an AWD prelude haha
