CEL code: P0304 and P1419

Hey pz, my check engine light came on yesterday so I went to autozone and the code reader pulled 2 CEL codes (see pics):

P0304 (#4 cylinder misfire)
P1419 (idk).

My prelude drives normal however only 1st gear from 2-3K I can feel the engine jerking. I have searched and havent found any information on the P1419 code. Can anybody tell me whats going on and what to do to fix this issue.

Re: CEL code: P0304 and P1419

I figured I would do a tune up so I bought NGK Iridium IX spark plugs, wire set, and distributor and rotor, Pennzoil Platinum, & oil filter. I also put a bottle of STP Full System Cleaner in my gas tank as well. Unfortunately got more CEL codes:

P0300 (random misfire)
P0301 (cylinder #1 misfire)
P1491 (EGR Valve Lift Insufficient detected)
P1399 (random cylinder misfire)

With that in mind ill be doing the tune up and cleaning my EGR valve and ports. I searched and found this post:

However I dont have a slide hammer, any alternative tools that can get the job done?

Re: CEL code: P0304 and P1419

i just drilled a whole in each plug, put a thick screw in there, and yanked that bitch out with the back of a normal hammer. it wasn't easy, but i made it work with what i had.

Re: CEL code: P0304 and P1419

It's usually best to put that system cleaner or any kind of gas/oil treatment in your car before you do a oil change not right after a fresh one. When was the last time you got your EGR cleaned? Cleaning it will help and doesn't seem like a hard job at all.

Re: CEL code: P0304 and P1419

Double check and make sure the vacuum lines running to the EGR solenoid are hooked up correctly (on driver side fender well in between the strut tower and ABS module).

Re: CEL code: P0304 and P1419

I stripped (rounded edges) one of the 12mm bolt heads on my IACV. Ive already tried the vise grips and 10WD40 to no avail. Anybody have any solutions to get this bolt out?!?
