Problem Diagnosis?

Before you come in here saying "search" or "google", I've done all that already. Narrowed it down to a few things, but I wanted to see what people with more experience would say. If this is in the wrong section or anything, sorry. Not sure where I'd put a topic like this.

Bought a '97 Base on Thursday. 114k, new spark plugs, oil changed regularly, new brakes and tires, sweet deal. Warranty covered all bull**** stuff so I said forget it. Test drove it twice, drove it like I stole it, everything was fine. Not a bad sound throughout the whole ride. Now, a few days later, problems arise.

I hear a popping sound coming from the front passenger side wheel when I turn sharply, turn onto a bumpy road, or accelerate through turns. Assuming a CV Joint, wheel bearing, or something. Sounds like something's about to snap when that same wheel hits a speed bump or pot hole. Seems like something with suspension, but could also be the CV Joint or something. A friend of mine attempted to jack the car up, wheel wouldn't lift off the ground. Sounds like a suspension problem. When I first start the car, and turn, I hear a grinding noise coming from the front.. Wheel bearing? Not sure haha. When I drive, the car pulls to the right. Figured bad alignment but seems like it could be something else now that all this is going on.

I don't personally know anyone with a lift who is willing to let me use it for free, or I wouldn't even be posting this lol. I'm curious as to what you guys would think what the problem is. So, whaddaya think? haha.

If you can lift the wheel off the ground, you can check for ball joint or tie-rod damage. Put your hands a 12-o'clock and 6-o'clock on the wheel and wiggle back and forth. If it moves, you have ball joint damage. Put your hands a 3 and 6-o'clock and wiggle back and forth. If it moves, your tie-rod end links could be going out.

I'll check tomorrow, thanks.

Yeah. It's not like a grinding noise when stopped, it's when I first pull out of a parking spot or something. It's a vibration beneath my feet, and I can hear what sounds like a grinding noise.
