pretty sure its a vss problem

my car just started having this problem, the check engine light stays on, the speedometer stays at zero, i have an automatic with manuel shift option transmission. and the d4 light blinks, after reading around im pretty sure its the vss(vehicle speed sensor). if anyone else had this problem and took pictures, please help me, im going to do it myself and looking for pics of where it is at. thanks

Go to autozone and get the cel check out but it does sound like the speed sensor if ****ed up. You can get a diagram at autozone or napa.

Re: pretty sure its a vss problem

well i went in this morning and got two codes, a p0500 and a p0700, is the malfunction of the speed sensor triggering the p0700 code?
