Rims/Wheels Choice

Got a black fifth gen..and would like some input from you guys which wheels should i get..

Im looking at a 17" 5 spokes Enkei Evo 5 (hyber black) or 17" Axis Reverb (black). Enkei is a couple hundred cheaper compare to the Axis Reverb.

i personally say go with the Enkei Evo 5's because they're hyper black and it wont make ur car as "stealthy" which i think is starting to get played out. although the "stealth" look still looks great its just kinda played out imo. i have a black 3rd gen and i want some gun metal or hyper black wheels. but in the end its all up to u my man!..

cuz you asked what we think. i think bronze on black looks best. others think red on black looks best. while others may think white on black looks best. its all a matter of opinion when it comes to deciding what kinda wheels look best, so who are you to judge what other peoples opinions are??? after all, you DID ask for our opinion......

Yeah I think wheels are a personal choice however I too have a black 5th Gen and I think that I am going with a 18 X 7.5 black with polished lip brand? Probably Driftz. I havn't decided yet I think that I am going to put the body kit on first (Invader kit made by V-Fiber Original) I want to see what type of wheel would look better a five spoke, maybe 6 or 8 spoke maybe a BBS looking style I havn't decided yet.

I do wonder though I just bought my 5th Gen and the guy who owned it before me just had in painted it's black with alot of metal flake, so I was wondering if a Hyper black, or the gun metal would look better.

i do not recommend 18's on a prelude at all. i had them on mine, sure they look good but you will scrape on hard bumps and dips and fast corners, plus they are a good bit heavier. going from 18's to 17's was one of the best choices i have ever made. it handles better, smoother ride, the tires dont scrape the fenderwells anymore, and i saved about 5lbs per wheel.
