Icon9 The most annoying thing...

Hey, I'm new to this board, but I figured that you guys might be able to help me out with my problem.

For the past few months, my car decides to stall randomly or not start at all. Usually around once every week, when I put my key in the ignition and turn it everything goes blank. The power completely shuts off and the car does not respond at all. I somehow figured to unplug the battery and wait for everything to reset and plug it back, and then it starts again. But for the first few drives after this "reset" my car does not idle at all, as in whenever I throw it into neutral or hold the clutch down my car either stalls or gets extremely close to stalling. It then gets the hang of things and rides smoothly for the rest of the week, until the next "reset" needs to be made. Sometimes, during the week I get a check engine light, and I checked it one time and it said something about the engine was running to lean and some sensor was bad (which said by Advanced Auto Parts was the O2 sensors). So I then replaced them, but the problem still persists. So please Preludezone me!!!

Try to locate another ECU and simply swap it in and see if that helps you out. Unfortunatly electrical gremlins are the hardest problems to diagnose accurately and it helps just to start with the easiest and work on into it.
