Hi ya folks. Glad to be here. Just picked an 1998 Prelude SH for 100$ Canadian. Will need some work. I'll keep you updated on my progress.

I am also new, might as well say hi! Bought a 1992 Prelude Si (AT) about three weeks ago & I love it. Badass first car, I might add!

Re: Newbie

Lol just noticed my typo I got it for 1000$. At the moment not revving past 3000 rpms. TDC has no signal. Will have to test with a multimeter to see if it's shorted or defective. Found a TDC/CKP for 20$. Since I want to replace the Timing Belt it's a perfect time to change the sensor as well.

Need to test it out first it could be a wiring issue and the ECM is not receiving the signal.

Re: Newbie

Quick update. Finally got the TDC sensor replaced and did the timing belt at the same time. Just need to replace the driver side axle and the brakes done and Lightning is road worthy. Interior is done and installed my android tablet.

Nice, but not an SH though (ie no rear spoiler, side and rear skirts are black...).

it might just be the picture but does the front wheel seem pushed in too much to anyone else?
