Cv Joints

So I got a problem when I'm accelerating from 4000 rpm and up through the gears I star to get a vibration it's nothing horrible right now just enough to get me concerned so what I did to try and fix it I checked the boots and they were one of the boots came loose so I but grease and cleaned it up and ya it's all good next I look on my driver side were the atts sits and the shaft is wiggling like its not seated all the way wondering if thats my only problem or if there is more to it than that so what I'm gana do is take it out and hope that it gets seated in properly please help
Thanks
