Re: 5th gen rhd build!?!

I can name 4 or 5 people that have done it off the top of my head.

Brian (prelude1897) is on his second rhd conversion. PM him with any questions.

It requires a rhd front clip. You just cut out the firewall and weld the rhd one in. Install the rhd dash and steering rack in then back in with your motor and axles.

If you say you searched around - you didn't search hard enough.

Prelude1897 has done 2
another owner did one (can't remember his name atm but can find it) and sold the car
and tae did one (can't remember his sn on the forums.

that's 4 rhd builds right there that have build threads. some may/may not be on pz and are on PP but either way - the info is out there.

****... you're in VA beach and Tae is from that area.... he's down there with his 'lude right now (back from college) also there's another owner in VA that purchased the legit rhd type s from a fellow 'luder in florida.

Not to steer you from your plans, but typically Preludes are much much cheaper overseas vs the cost of doing the conversion and exporting/importing yours.

For example, if you're going to Japan, you can purchase a legit Type S model. no sunroof and all the goodies included for a fraction of what it would cost you to do the work.
