OBX Catback?

Sorry guys if this is was already addressed but I cannot find anything under OBX.

I am looking for a nice semi quiet catback for my car and found OBX online for about $200 including shipping. Has anyone installed one of these and if so, are they any good? Inside noise level?

Thanks

Re: OBX Catback?

You get what you pay for. OBX has a reputation for rusting out very quickly. It's cheap, junk metal. Save up another hundred and go to a muffler shop and see what they can custom build you. Probably be around $250-$300.

Word. I'm willing to bet you take care of your stuff better than the average person does though too, lol.

I won't lie though, I find myself continuously looking at their twin loop muffler. Sound clips I've heard are sexy and it is a good price. Maybe I'll have to go against my instinct and try it out.

Re: OBX Catback?

Just saw a sound clip of it and sounded really nice. Tempted but don't want to end up with something that's going to rust within a year.
