JDM H23a Vtec blue top build

Ok. So I've begun building this "rare" h23a vtec blue top on my 5th gen. I've yet to decide which direction to take it as far as boosting or going down the n/a route. So far Ive only slapped on a pulley bypass kit, forged pistons and rods, got rid of the compressor, a long cold air intake(for now), DC headders and a Spoon Sports exhaust system. While I decide everything else I will work on sleeving and porting polishing and upgrading the head I suppose.

I now bestow my confidence upon the wealthy knowledge of the great PZ forums to guide me well! =]

Should I boost or go for ITB's when the time comes? What are other simple or cheap upgrades I might've overlooked and could knock out before I drop another few grand on the head and the sleeves? And lastly, what are the ACTUAL specs on this engine? Many people swear to know, but it does NOT top out a 7200rpms. I would like to get more accurate and in depth info on it.

Thanks guys!

Re: JDM H23a Vtec blue top build

I recently bought a 5gen that have a blue top h23a with s2 itb, the last owner dyno it and shows 203hp/168torque to the wheels max rpm 7500 on graph but haven't reach cutoff yet so can't confirm rpm. It's a fast car thrust me, and not so bad on gaz for daily driver. avg speed of 140km/h: 35 super liters = 400km = 46$can with some vtec screamer along the road. I love it!
