Prelude clutch issue unlike the rest...

Hey guys. Just picked up an 01 with a JDM H22a and 5 speed swapped into an originally auto car... Clutch grabbed high when I got it and would slip once hot in 5th gear. Not bad. Just a little slip then grab after a second and go... I adjusted pushrod in as I thought this would take pressure off the clutch...?? Right?? It worked so I thought. Car drove fine pedal just up off floor. But two days later once hot again. Pedal engagement point seemed to slowly rise up and eventually had the same slight slipping issue... Clutch only has like 8000 miles on it... Is it for sure garbage or does it need to be adjusted differently/bleed??? I've read up on here and am still unsure... The fact that it acts up when hot and engagement point moves has me boggled... It still grabs hard and I can still grab tires in 3rd and 4th... But once it gets hot Like hour on freeway. It's like a slipping automatic...

Thanks guys!!!

Did the guy do the 5 speed swap himself or did he have it professionally done??? Try bleeding the clutch to see if that helps if you haven't already. What have you tried doing to fix the problem so far??
