fluids

well i think its time to change out my tan fluids i have a manual transmission what fluids do i use and my power steering fluid is at the low mark and i want to add more to that to thx

In all the manual trans, we use either 5w30 castrol GTX( or castrol syntec) or if someone wants to pay the money for it Honda MTF

Question...I use this PS fluid from AUTO that says that it's meant for Honda vehicles only. What is the diff btwn that one and the Honda brand one? Basically...is it really worth draining out the one from Auto and replacing with the Honda PS fluid? Was thinking bout changing my PS fluid as well bc it seems a bit on the dark side

there are a lot of fluids you can choose from. What I can say is that the 5w30 castrol GTX is a good one. You can also try the honda fluids. It was also effective.
