Exhaust rattle

I noticed my exhaust rattles alittle bit, almost like it isnt secured on or something, when i turn the wheel all the way left or right. It just shakes like its sputtering. This isnt caused from an exhaust leak right? And I have all the reinforcers on that are needed to hold the exhaust onto my car..has me stumped. =/

Re: Exhaust rattle

Check all the stock heat shields. They're known for their bolts rusting off and causing the heat shields to rattle against the exhaust.

Re: Exhaust rattle

The resonator could have broke off inside of the pipe and is rattling around in there, happened to a friend of mine. How rusty is your exhaust piping?

Re: Exhaust rattle

Check the exhaust hanger just behind the oil pan that connects loosely from factory by 2 bolts. Mine rattled and now have had it off for 2 years now with no rattles/issues
