high pitched squealing noise

Hi all, when either in neutral or going through the gears my car makes this high pitched squeal/squeaky sound. The sound goes away when i slightly press in the clutch.
But then returns after I take my foot off. I searched and people said that when you push it in and it makes a noise then it might be the throw out bearing but this is the opposite.

I popped the hood and the noise is definitely coming from the passenger side near the transmission.

The clutch was replaced not too long ago, oil is fine, timing belt is fine. I am not car savvy and so I have no idea.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: high pitched squealing noise

I found out that the pitch fork was making the noise.. I would apply slight pressure to part where the slave cylinder and fork meet and the noise went away.

Applied some high temp grease to the little ball on the cylinder and the noise went away.
It made the noise for two days, should the grease have fixed the prop or is it just a sign that prolly the bearing is absolutely gone?

Re: high pitched squealing noise

Probably a bad throw out bearing.. I had the same thing on mine. installed a Comp Clutch, stage 1 clutch with their throw out bearing, and like 2 months later it was toast. still have it around somewhere(lol decided to keep it, it was THAT bad)
