99 MT engine in a 97 AT car?

I'm picking up a used engine out of a '99 5spd car tomorrow for my '97 automatic car. Has anybody ever done this?

I paged through the FSM for an hour or so lastnight and the only real difference I've noticed is that the EVAP system is different. I think this is going to keep me from using the wiring harness and ECM that I'm getting with the used engine to do a 5spd swap. Not sure if the purge solenoid or anything near the intake manifold is different though. Any sensors/actuators that I have to swap over from my old engine?

One other thing I did notice was that Honda has different part numbers for the complete engine gasket sets. Any idea what exactly is different on the '99 compared to the '97?

Thanks!
