Tire/Rim Question

Hey guys, I have a 2000 base prelude with the stock rims that fit 205/50/16 tires. I'm wondering if i can throw 215/50/16 tires on those rims. Can anyone answer this for me?

Re: Tire/Rim Question

They'll fit, but why do you want to? It'll throw your speedometer out of alignment.

Re: Tire/Rim Question

Zero sizing says 215 45 16, to keep the miles somewhat accurate. But open your wallet wide, tires are expensive. Any reason you want out of spec tires?
