Cooling fan... help soon please!

Ok, i know theres alot of threads already for this but mines a bit different. The drivers side fan should be for a/c correct? When I turn the a/c on the drivers side fan comes on and it also comes on when the car is running hot. On hot days when I have the a/c on the car overheats and I crank the heat to cool it down, also the a/c doesnt blow cold. The passenger side fan NEVER comes on... somethings a bit f*cky but idk what. Coolant levels are fine and no leaks anywhere btw.

Thanks ahead of time!

Re: Cooling fan... help soon please!

Yes, drivers side fan = A/C fan, and should come on with the A/C, as well as when the engine gets too hot.
Pass side fan = rad fan, and should only come on when the engine gets too hot.

First I would supply the fan with 12V directly, just to confirm its operating. If its working, next step(s).
-confirm radiator fan module/relay for operation
then if that's working, I'd start looking at the coolant temp switches.

Re: Cooling fan... help soon please!

take 2 wires to your battery - and the other ends to the fan connector.

test your passenger side fan

edit** if it's bad, i suggest getting a Mizu if you want an aftermarket replacement, or just go for an OEM replacement. You could also have a bad relay...
