Anyone know what this is?

I just noticed this the other day and I have no idea of what it is/does.

It has a switch on one side and a wheel on the other (like a volume wheel thingy on a walkman/cd player). It doesn't seem to do anything.

In case you can't read it, it says E.L. Racing Dash.

Does anyone know what it is?

Sorry, didn't realize how big they were.

Also, I figured it out. It switches the gauge color from blue to green.
Nifty.
