intake and exhaust valves?

I have a question about the intake and exhaust valves. Should I get the standard or high compression ones, wat are the purposes and benefits of them both? I appreciate ur help and ur time luders. Thanks. Btw I have an H22a4, type sh.

you should be more concern about engine management there since you have sh and youre building it...

Agreed, if you plan on keeping atts, you should really be looking into how you plan on tuning it. Otherwise to answer your question, I'd say it depends on what you plan on doing with the motor. N/A? I'd say go with the high compression set, if you plan on turbo'ing it then i'd go with the standard compression ones.
