cleaned FITV & IACV; which way to turn idle screw?

I keep getting myself confused on which way to turn it. I've already screwed the wax plunger in all the way and loosened it 180 degrees. But after all that, I still have really really low rpms. So my last guess is the idle screw, and I already messed with it, but which way would I need to turn it if I need to raise the rpms?
