Help me price my prelude w/ mods

I'm considering putting my Prelude on the market and I was hoping to get some feedback from the forum. Here's were it gets complicated...

The problem, I didn't build the car and don't have all the exact details of the build. I called the shop that built the car but it doesn't seem like they kept really good records. Here's what I found out:

1997 Honda Prelude 2.2L 5sp 119k

Mods
Engine - JE pistons, 10 to 1 compression ratio, resleved block with iron cylinder wall, Head ported and polished with 3 angle valve job including upgraded valves, (stock cams, intake manifold and throttle body)
Trans - ACT Clutch; Muller ultralight flywheel
Turbo - Precision (Being sent out to get rebuilt)
It also has full catback and coilovers

The interior is super clean and the seats were swapped for del sol seats.

As for the body, it looks perfect! You can tell it has never been repainted because the original pinstripes are still there and slightly faded. You couldn't recreate that look. The only thing the body needs is a right lower rocker and for the front bumper to be repainted. Which I will likely do before I sell.

Once I get the turbo rebuilt and the car back on the road my plan was to take it to the shop who built it and have it put on the dyno. I figured this would somewhat help solidify what I'm working with. Hopefully when I do that I can get more info out of the shop.

Plans are to pull the turbo this weekend so I will snap some more pics then.

The car was done right and my intentions are not to sell anyone junk. I just want an idea of fair market value.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

of course you cannot ask "full price" if you dont know all the facts. and if the shop arent good at keeping records.... that sounds shady as well so when theres more questions than answers it always drops the price and count out buyers.

how about your maintenance keep any records/receipts about those?

yeah, its smart thing to do. dyno numbers can lure some buyers. ask about engine management also.

Thanks.

I was aware of the issues I'd have with not having documentation and that's why I was asking the forum.

When I said fair market value I meant including the fact that there isn't a whole lot of details about the build.

I'm sure I'm not the first person with this problem...

hard to say since Im not familiar with turbos and not even on the same continent

try to find other turbo ludes and see how theyre priced... then just throw some amount there what seem to be fair to you and see what happens
