F20A and F22

dont know are they that more durable than H's but why do you want to loose power when not getting h22?

Everything. haha You could go all motor or turbo. Depends how much you want to spend and what power you want to make. Stock h22s make around 190-220

Re: prelude engine swap

so a better engine without any modifications to the engine bay is really not possible. unless you want to half A*$% it and not care about the car. only things that would be better would be to swap it out for H23A DOHC Vtec but that JDM and finding parts for it will be scarce and expensive. or you can alway do a frankenstein and drop in a K engine with a 6 speed tranny! And I've heard you can put in V6 engine from the acura CL's and TL's but that is doing ALOT!!! of Modifications.

wrong. I have the h23a vtec and all the parts that you would replace, you would use h22 parts. People are still so misinformed about the h23a vtec its ridiculous..Anyway, the h23a would be your best bet considering it reponds 100x's better than the h22 when it comes to bolt ons. You can actually hit 200whp with bot ons and a tune with the h23a as opposed to the 180-190whp est. from the h22.

Re: prelude engine swap

H23A Blue top!! Looks OEM in the lude, more hp/tq over stock, it bolts/plugs right in like oem(once you switch out the oil pump and dizzy) And best bit of it is that most of the time you can find em cheap... think i got mine for like $800 US shipped
